In this intimate group setting, you and your baby (0-6 months) will experience thoughtfully crafted activities that harness the developmental benefits of nature. Each session incorporates:

  • Natural Sensory Exploration: Introduce your baby to varied textures, sounds, scents, and visual experiences from nature that stimulate developing neural pathways in a controlled, soothing environment

  • Supported Movement Foundations: Infants will experience guided positioning, gentle assisted movements, and developmentally appropriate handling techniques to support early motor development

  • Bonding Through Nature: Our guided parent-infant interactions strengthen attachment while introducing your baby to the natural world through soft voices, gentle touch, and shared attention

  • Early Visual and Auditory Tracking: Babies will practice visual focus and sound localization with natural materials, supporting crucial neural development during this sensitive period

As an experienced pediatric occupational therapist, I will guide each session, providing personalized support while creating a peaceful, engaging atmosphere where your baby can develop at their own pace. All materials are carefully selected to be developmentally appropriate and safe for our youngest explorers.

Parents/caregivers are essential, active participants throughout each session, gaining valuable strategies to support your baby's development through gentle nature-based interactions. You'll receive simple weekly handouts with ideas for continuing these nurturing experiences at home.

Join us as we lay the foundation for a lifetime of healthy development, sensory integration, and connection to the natural world.
