In this dynamic, small-group setting, your child will engage in rich outdoor adventures that balance guided learning with independent exploration. Each session includes:
Physical Challenges & Nature Play: Young explorers will tackle movement challenges like hikes, natural obstacle courses, and collaborative building projects
Collaborative Learning & Communication: Our guided nature activities foster deeper conversations, cooperative problem-solving, and the development of meaningful friendships
Independent Nature Connection: Children will engage in independent nature play to enhance problem solving, working together and creativity.
As an experienced pediatric occupational therapist, I'll facilitate each session with attention to this age group's growing abilities and social awareness. Activities are designed to build confidence while introducing appropriate challenges.
Parents/caregivers will participate, learning strategies to support continued nature exploration at home. Weekly handouts provide extension activities that complement our sessions.
Join us for 6 weeks of discovery, adventure, and meaningful learning through nature!
This group is perfect for preschoolers and kindergarteners who are ready for more independent exploration while still benefiting from supportive guidance.
